If you subscribed via the website, unfortunately, there is not currently a way for you to change your subscription type. Instead, you will have to unsubscribe from here, then subscribe again, choosing a different package.

If you have a web subscription and want to upgrade your subscription from monthly or quarterly to take advantage of a discount offer on an annual subscription, please purchase your annual subscription through the website, and then contact our Customer Support team, to update your account.

Please note that if you have a Google Play or Apple App Store subscription, changing the subscription type means the length of your overall subscription will be a sum of the remaining term of your old subscription plus the new one you purchased.

For example, if you have a quarterly subscription and have used our app for a month, you have two months of access remaining. Changing to an annual subscription at this point will result in the remaining length of your subscription becoming 14 months.
